Registering for Class
Registration opens on our website two weeks before the start of the next session. Exact dates for registration are announced through our mailing list. Sign up to receive notifications HERE
To register for a class, you must have an account with The Potters’ Studio. Create an account HERE
You must register before the first day of class
Payment must be received in full at time of registration
Classes fill up quickly! We recommend creating an account with The Potters’ Studio before registration opens
Cancellation Policy
The Potters’ Studio requires notice via email to classes@berkeleypottersstudio.org no later than 48 hours before the first day of class to receive a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee).
The Potters’ Studio does not offer partial refunds or prorate enrollment fees.
Class Cancellation by The Potters’ Studio
If The Potters’ Studio must cancel a class for low enrollment or any other reason, students will be notified as soon as possible and will be given the option to transfer to another class. If an alternative class does not work for the student, The Potters’ Studio will provide a full refund
Discounted Class Price for Members
Potters’ Studio Members can take classes at a discounted price of $240 for 6-week classes and $475 for 12-week classes.
To receive the class discount, Members must retain their membership status for the duration of their class.
Make-Up Classes
The Potters’ Studio is not responsible for missed classes and does not offer reimbursements or make-up classes due to illness or other events beyond our control.
Drop-ins to alternate classes are not permitted.
Student Open Studio Hours
Student open hours vary each session based on the other activities taking place in the Studio each day. Please call ahead to confirm as student hours may not take place during special events and off-schedule or scheduled make-up classes. We also post updates to student and drop-in hours HERE.
There are no student hours when the Studio is not staffed — i.e., after hours in the evening or early mornings prior to opening.
